   The payout for a winning Player bet is 1/1. You win 19/20 on a winning Banker hand (1/1 minus a 5% commission). You win 8/1 if you bet on the two hands ending in a tie.

   6. Re-bet, Double Bet or Clear Bet: You’ll receive your winnings straight away. You can then choose to continue playing with the same bet amount (re-bet), which will double your bet, or clear your chips and start again.

One-Sided Baccarat Strategy: The simplest strategy is the one-sided. As the name suggests, you stick to either the player or banker, until you have three losses. At that point, you should stop until your choice starts winning again.

As the banker has a house edge of 1.06% compared to the player’s of 1.24%, the basic approach to this would be to bet on the banker, but that is entirely up to you.

Make sure you set yourself a limit for this strategy as it’s easy to get carried away.

1-3-2-4 Betting System: This is a way of increasing you wager, which varies rather than a straight double up. Initially, you make your bet, say 50 cents. The next time, you wager $1.50, then $1, then $2. By adjusting you wager this way, you cover any losses you may have. But remember, nothing is guaranteed.

Paroli: This is a positive betting system because you increase your wager every time you win. The sequence of bets is 1-2-4, before going back to 1 and restarting.
