All of the symbols in Cash Bandits 2 are themed around bank robbery, including things like handcuffs and burglar alarms. There are two tiers of symbols: items, such as police badges and bags of money, and symbols related to the actual robbery: a bank, a teller, and a policeman. The robbery symbols are worth more than the items, but there’s also a smaller chance of them appearing.
The Cash Bandits 2 slot also has two other symbols with special effects.
The Cash Bandits 2 logo is the wild symbol. It can substitute for any other symbol with the exception of the scatter symbol.
The robber is the scatter symbol. Scatter wins are multiplied by the total bet, and having three robbers or more appear during a particular spin gives you access to the interactive bonus game, which we explore in the section below.
The design of the game is also thematically appropriate, with police sirens and dramatic music stings over a smooth jazz soundtrack. Even with all of the crime and heist media that’s been produced over the years, there’s not really a perception of how it should look or sound, so while Cash Bandits 2 does do a great job of integrating these elements, it doesn’t feel as unique as games with stronger imagery.
